How to register

Registration
In order to reserve a place for your child/children, you are advised to register in advance.

Children who have completed school years Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 (by the end of the school year 2009/10) may attend from 10.00am-12.00 noon.

Children who have completed school Year 3, Year 4 , Year 5 or Year 6 (by the end of the school year 2009/10) may attend from 1.30pm-3.30pm.

A separate registration form must be completed for each child and we will acknowledge each registration.

Parents/Carers are very welcome to stay for refreshments during the first 30 minutes of the .

Click here to complete the registration form on-line and submit.  Once successful you will receive an automated response. 
PLEASE NOTE:  If you register online, your child must be accompanied to Holiday Club by a parent/guardian in order to sign the emergency consent section of the registration form.
