Our church is running a Holiday Club during the school summer holidays for Infant and Junior aged children from 29 July - 2 August 2013

This will be our fifth children’s Holiday Club and each year we see the number of children rise and receive wonderfully positive feedback. The leaders and the children have a fantastic week and relationships are made between children and also with their parents. In 2013 we are following the theme bible heroes, using material written by John Hardwick, John is a well known and talented childrens’ worker.
As a church, we are excited about the challenges of Holiday Club, we are supported in prayer by our church family. The cost of running this event has been met by the church and therefore there is no charge for any child attending.
The morning programme runs from 10.00 am – 12.00 noon for children who have completed school years reception, Year 1 or Year 2 (Doors open 9.45am) The afternoon programme runs from 2.00pm-4.00pm for children who have completed school Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 or Year 6. (Doors open 1.45pm)
Our aim is to provide children with good quality bible teaching, combined with lots and lots of fun. Each session will be fast-moving, fun and creative and will include
• Drama
• Games
• Craft
• Songs
Our Holiday Club will close on Sunday 4 August with a special service at 10.00am when we will recap on the weeks teaching and activities – it would be great to see you there as well.
Each child will be well-looked after by a dedicated group of volunteers, all of whom have received training for the event and have been CRB cleared. We will have a registered first-aider in the building at all times. Our building complies with current fire regulations and your child’s safety is paramount at all times.
